Es ist Zeit. Zeit um los zu fliegen, loszulassen und sich zu lösen. Von an den Verstrickungen, Anhaftungen und alten Glaubenssätzen. Dieses Jahr mehr denn je lädt dazu ein, ENDLICH die Dinge anzuschauen, die so lang unter dem Teppich festgehalten wurden. Das Jahr 2020 mit all seinen Herausforderungen und Prüfungen hat viel gemacht. Es kamen und kommen Emotionen hoch, die sich anders anfühlen, neu oder sogar so heftig, dass sie sich körperlich zeigen. Wenn Du über längere Zeit gegen DEINE Wahrheit, wider der Natur lebst, immer wieder gegen an kämpfst, dann tut es weh. So ist es eben. Das Leben duldet einfach keinen Stillstand. Manchmal muss einfach ein Vakuum erzeugt werden, damit sich etwas neues zeigen kann. Und das kann auch weh tun. Dieses Jahr war auch für mich so besonders. Alles an Emotionen ist auch bei und in mir hochgekommen. Die Zeit war reif. Ich war und bin reif. Ich habe meine Flügel ausgebreitet, bin gesprungen aus meinem „Adlernest“. Denn oft haben mich immer nochmal Zweifel und auch Ängste zurück gehalten, genau DAS zu tun. „Wie Bettina, DU Angst und Zweifel?“ Ja auch ich habe immer noch mit diesen Emotionen zu tun. Gott sei Dank, denn ich LEBE!! Persönlichkeitsentwicklung ist ein Prozess. So wie das Leben. Wir sind hier auf der Lebensschule wo es immer wieder um wachsen, lernen, annehmen, loslassen und ganz wichtig ums FÜHLEN geht. WAS fühlst sich für DICH stimmig an? WO schreit Deine Seele, will raus, losfliegen, verändern, leben und lieben? Wie lang willst Du noch an Altem festhalten, was einfach nicht mehr existiert. So wie es war, das Leben VOR Corona ist nicht mehr da. Das gilt es jetzt „einfach“ zu akzeptieren.

Es gibt nicht „DIE Wahrheit“ oder DIE eine Richtung. Es gibt DEINE Wahrheit, DEINE Richtung und DEIN Gefühl, welches DICH zu DIR und DEINEN Weg bringt. Emotionen gehören zum LEBEN dazu und dürfen gefühlt werden. Gefühlt und vor ALLEM angeschaut werden. Denn wegdrücken, verdrängen oder gar Kleinreden hilft wenn überhaupt nur von kurzer Dauer. In mir hat es schon lang laut gerufen, teilweise geschrien. Ich bin gewachsen. Wachse immer weiter und bin im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes „rausgewachsen“. Meine Seele wollte und will weiter ziehen, sich entfalten um weiter zu wachsen…. Denn das Leben duldet keinen Stillstand. Und genau DAVON profitierst auch DU! Mitten in diesem Prozess ist dieses Logo in mir entstanden. Aus Entscheidungen und Reaktionen darauf heraus. Das Leben ist immer für DICH und macht keine Fehler. Im Gegenteil. Wen Du offen bist, es zulässt, dann siehst DU genau die Schönheit und Möglichkeiten des Lebens. Und Veränderung und Wachstum können oft eben nur durch Schmerzvolle Prozesse entstehen. Neus Leben z.B. eine Geburt ist schmerzhaft. DAS Leben, welches daraus entsteht ist wunderschön.

Mit allem, was dazu gehört. Schmerz, Trauer, Wut und ganz, ganz viel Leichtigkeit und Freude. Mein Coaching mit all meinen wunderbaren Kunden ist für mich das schönste, was ich in dieser Zeit tun durfte und weiterhin tun darf. Denn jedes Coaching hat wieder ein weiteres Puzzleteil zusammengefügt, neue und weitere Möglichkeiten zusammengefügt, die mein Coaching wachsen lassen, immer mehr HERZthemen kommen dazu und das mit Leichtigkeit. Wie oft bleibst DU in Deinem Nest sitzen, krallst DICH fest aus Angst zu fallen. Denn fallen tust DU nur, wenn Du Deine Flügel nicht ausbreitest. Die Sehnsucht wird immer größer – UND wenn Du weiter sitzen bleibst DEINE Angst auch. Denn ACHTUNG Glaubenssatz: „Heb mal nicht ab, sei dankbar mit dem was Du hast, mehr gibst nicht“ oder etwa „Hochmut kommt vor dem Fall“ kenne ich all zu gut. Das Leben möchte das Du größer wirst, denn Größer werden ist erlaubt. UND zwar täglich. Ich persönlich erwarte täglich MEHR vom Leben. Das ist mein Anspruch. An MICH und an mein Leben: TÄGLICH besser zu werden. Besser als gestern und an anderen Tagen. Vor ALLEM immer mehr ICH. In der heutigen Zeit WICHTIGER denn je. Außerdem bediene ich damit meinen inneren Antreiber – die Konkurrenz- 🙂
